Marc Kabat
Marc Kabat has been the president and owner of All Nations Tours for over 32 years. Prior to purchasing All Nations Tours in 1973, Marc spent 6 years at various travel companies, including American Airlines.

Marc’s success as a travel agent can be attributed to a single factor: superior service. He always manages to exceed client expectations. His dedication to client services has become the bedrock of All Nations Tours' company culture. Marc’s caring nature and painstaking attention to detail has earned him the enduring trust and dedication of his customers— many of whom have been clients for decades.

Jill Kabat
Jill Kabat is Vice President for Business Development for All Nations Tours. She is responsible for developing and managing client relationships for both All Nations Tours and Just Rewards, their travel incentives division. Additionally, she plays a role in planning and managing incentive and group travel events.

Jill has been a partner in All Nations Tours since 1997. Prior to that she worked as a fundraiser for a Northern New Jersey College, where she developed relationships with large corporations. Jill holds a BA and an MA from New York University.

Jill Owens
Jill Owens is Managing Partner of Just Rewards, the incentive travel division of All Nations Tours. Jill's responsibilities include hands-on management of all phases of travel incentive programs, including initial client contact, program planning, daily program operations and on-site program management.

Jill is a 30 year veteran of the travel industry. Her experiences include serving as vice president of East/West Holidays, one of the premier tour operators serving South America, the Caribbean, West Africa and Europe. At East/West Holidays, she was instrumental in the planning, purchasing and delivery of all products, as well as supervising the reservations and operations staff. Jill has been a partner at Just Rewards since 1986.
